Last week we went to film in Newcastle, County Down. We had to do a lot of walking from place to place and get buses and taxis to our locations.
In order to save Meabh time being cold from the water, we filmed the forest scene first. About 15 minutes walk from the main road that the taxi dropped us to was our first location, the abandoned house in the forest. The isolated location was exactly how we had imagined it and we were so happy with how the shots turned out. There was no one there to disturb our filming and we had complete silence; no road noise or people talking or shouting.

The second location we used was Bloody Bridge. It suited the idea perfectly and we used the weather and setting to our advantage.

| This is a photo of Anna getting shots of the scenery around our location. The aim was to fill any spaces we saw fit with scenery shots such as these. |

This was taken from the bus stop we stood at. The location was directly below the wall in the photo.
